Safe Environment Update Training

Safe Environment training is required for the new 2024/2025 clearance year, ensuring you are SE cleared through 9/30/2025. The Diocese has provided the title of this year’s training, which is available in both English and Spanish. If you have seen one of these videos before, please watch one that you have not seen.

Training Titles

• English:

  • Sexual Abuse Awareness Training (Youth Sports) (MinistrySafe)

• Spanish:

  • Spanish Sexual Abuse Awareness Training (MinistrySafe)

How to Access Your Training

1. Log into your file on the Diocesan Website:

   • Access Diocesan Web Site

2. Instructions:

   • At the bottom of the page, click on “My Obligations.”

   • Enter your first and last name and your address. This information must match the name and address on file in the database.

   • Click “Search.” Your information should appear.

   NOTE: If your information does not show up, please contact me. Do not re-enter your information. Go to the bottom of the page and click “Update Information and Continue.” Towards the top of the page, click “View All Online Courses.”

NOTE: This training is intended to be completed online and is approximately 90 minutes in length.

After Completing the Training

• A 25-question test will be administered.

• To receive credit, you must score at least 70% on the test.

• Upon passing, you will receive a certificate, and the database will update your record accordingly.
